Multidisciplinarity
The future of science lies at the interface of topics that have traditionally been siloed into a single subject: biology, chemistry, physics.
Our focus is to enhance the fields' knowledge in the fundamentals, while seeking out opportunities to develop new technologies.
Giving back
We scientists can get caught up in the minutiae of our research, and forget that there are those who need help. We are eager to give back, either directly (through teaching classes or giving lectures), or indirectly (mentoring students).
